Acceptable use

Everyframe is a tool for animating photographs. By using the service, you confirm:

• You have the right to animate any image you submit.
• You will not submit images of identifiable people without their consent.
• You will not use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
• You will not submit images of minors, sexually explicit content, or content that violates any applicable law.

Output ownership

You retain ownership of the images you submit and the MP4s you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process the images solely for the purpose of generating the requested output.

Service availability

We provide the service "as is". We do not guarantee any specific uptime or render quality during this beta period.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price displayed on the pricing page. You can cancel any time via the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will refund any unused subscription days in good faith.
